Zusammenfassung:Three new megastigmane glycosides named floraosmanosides I–III and a new γ -decalactone named floraosmanolactone I together with 16 known constituents were isolated from the flowers of Osmanthus fragrans var . aurantiacus cultivated in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China. The chemical structures of the new compounds were elucidated on the basis of chemical and physicochemical evidence. Among them, ligustroside and (+)-pinoresinol significantly inhibited nitric oxide production in lipopolysaccharide-activated RAW264.7 macrophages.
