Relevance of EGFR mutation with micropapillary pattern according to the novel IASLC/ATS/ERS lung adenocarcinoma classification and correlation with prognosis in Chinese patients

Highlights • There is a significant correlation between EGFR mutation and OS and MPP subtype. • MPP-positive subtype correlated strongly with EGFR mutation. • MPP is a potential pathological marker of poor prognosis in LAC patients.
