Seizure outcome in 175 patients with juvenile myoclonic epilepsy – A long-term observational study

Highlights • Not all patients with Juvenile myoclonic epilepsy (JME) need a lifelong treatment. • A substantial proportion of patients remain seizure-free with and some even without AED. • All three seizure types within 1st year of JME are predictive of poor seizure outcome.
