Evaluation of teicoplanin concentrations and safety analysis in neonates

Highlights • Recommended teicoplanin dosage for neonates is appropriate to achieve ≥15 μg/mL. • Teicoplanin trough concentration depends on both body weight and renal function. • The adverse reactions are independent of high trough concentration in neonates.
