Zusammenfassung: | If medicine is the science of life in the sense of caring for life, the simple act of trying to understand it, to shape it into an object of research and consciousness, would deprive it of its vital spark. Subsequently, locked into a game of rationality, the question of an epistemology of this science arises: medicine, when submitted to reason, loses its essence.
