Zusammenfassung: | In this article we propose to think about the relationship between two substantial factors of the teaching-learning process: competences and evaluation. The aim of this study was to determine to what extent competences and evaluation influence academic performance. The sample of this research comprised students from the University of Oviedo in different degrees studying the subject of French. The results of this experience showed that competences and evaluation converge in the process of teaching and learning a foreign language by motivating both the student and the teacher. Also, both factors have fostered skills acquisition and learning strategies of those students who actively participated in the experience. Adapted from the source document |
