Zusammenfassung:A detailed set of measurements has been obtained using a model of a typical shallow-water channel, which included both a sediment and a substrate, and the results have been compared with numerical prediction codes. Good agreement with the numerical calculations of the acoustic field was obtained at high frequencies if the input parameters were optimized, within realistic bounds of their measured values.
