Modulation of N-methyl- N′-nitro- N-nitrosoguanidine induced inhibition of cell-free protein synthesis by sulfur compounds

We report here the influence of PDTC, DDTC, GSH and GS-DDTC on ( super(14)C)amino acid incorporation into protein using rat liver postmitochondrial supernatant (S30 fraction) in an in vitro protein synthesizing system.
