The clinical value of AFU combined with AFP in diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma and the-postoperative-treatment

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) and alpha-L-fucosidase (AFU) in the primary liver cancer and to explore the significance of AFU in monitoring liver cancer after surgery treatment. Methods 93 patients with primary liver cancer (including 40 cases before surgery, 53 cases after surgical treatment), 15 patients with liver cirrhosis, 15 cases of viral hepatitis and 15 cases of healthy subjects were collected from January to May of 2013.
