Zusammenfassung: | NHLs are closely related to lymphoid leukemias, which also arise from clonal lymphocytes but involve only blood or bone marrow.1 Lymphoma classically presents with lymphadenopathy and diagnosis is generally made with percutaneous or lymph node biopsy. Positron emission tomography (PET) scan revealed uptake in the cecum and sigmoid colon with associated wall thickening, an intensely fludeoxyglucose (FDG)-avid perirectal mass with ulceration, and diffuse moderate uptake in the skeleton consistent with bone marrow hyperplasia. |
