Zusammenfassung:Cosmopolitanism in Emile Durkheim is not reducible to the cosmopolitanism of his sociology, it is also an object. It is moral as an idea, moral ideal, that Durkheim discusses cosmopolitanism and, for Durkheim, any moral ideal is a social fact, it finds its source and its purpose in society. This requirement of universality, moral individualism, has a story, a news and project reports that Durkheim in French society, 'our cosmopolitanism.' We therefore begin by consolidating the affirmation of cosmopolitanism as a moral idea and line of the French spirit [1], we continue by identifying and explaining the core idea of cosmopolitanism as a moral or moral individualism [2], we will follow with developments in political sociology from Durkheim, especially those with Durkheim seeks to overcome a double paradox: that relating to the concurrent development of individual rights and state, between the worship of the person in general The trend cosmopolitan and nationalist patriotism [3] and finally, in reference to moral education, we will focus on the formation of cosmopolitan citizen [4].
