Cosmopolitanism in Emile Durkheim. A moral idea and social fact

Cosmopolitanism in Emile Durkheim is not reducible to the cosmopolitanism of his sociology, it is also an object. It is moral as an idea, moral ideal, that Durkheim discusses cosmopolitanism and, for Durkheim, any moral ideal is a social fact, it finds its source and its purpose in society. This requirement of universality, moral individualism, has a story, a news and project reports that Durkheim in French society, 'our cosmopolitanism.'
