Zusammenfassung: | The results of a three-year experiment for the control of non-persistently transmitted ALV on artichoke cv. Spinoso sardo are reported. Sticky yellow traps, 2% mineral oil and 0.005% deltamethrin were used, singly and in combination. The ALV infections were determined by DAS-ELISA. All the treatments significantly reduced the ALV transmission, especially the mineral oil and deltamethrin, either alone or in all various combinations. However, from an ecological, biological and economic point of view, it would be better to employ the mineral oil; it also had no apparent phytotoxic effect on the plants. Finally, the expediency of applying more or less oil sprays with respect to different situations, is emphasized. Vengono riportati i risultati di prove triennali di lotta contro gli afidi vettori di ALV sul carciofo 'Spinoso sardo', con trappole gialle invischiate, olio minerale leggero (al 2%) e deltametrina (allo 0,005%), da soli e in combinazione. Le infezioni sono state rilevate mediante il metodo DAS-ELISA. Tutte le tesi saggiate si sono rivelate significativamente efficaci rispetto al testimone, in particolare Tolio minerale e la deltametrina, da soli e in combinazione tra loro e con le trappole gialle. Tuttavia, motivi di ordine ecologico, biologico ed económico inducono a privilegiare l'impiego di olio minérale; esso, oltre tutto, non ha comportato fenomeni di fitotossicità. Viene infine suggerita l'opportunité di intervenire in maniera più o meno assidua secondo le diverse situazioni. |
