Geographic variation in development rate between populations of the teleost Fundulus heteroclitus

A study examined the development rates of teleost Fundulus heteroclitus embryos from Florida and Massachusetts. A genetic basis was found to be a possible explanation for the faster developmental rates of Northern embryos.
