The result showed that most of China's sports stadiums were public properties and supervised by the sports system. The proportion of enterprise and out-system sports stadiums in the eastern region was higher than that in the central and western regions. In the eastern region, the operational benefits of self-supporting sports stadiums were better than those of the full funding and balanced allocation sports stadiums. In the western region, the operational benefits were the opposite.
