Enzymatic synthesis of purine deoxynucleoside adducts

Adducts between electrophiles and nucleic acid bases are believed to play a key role in chemically induced mutation and cancer. In the present communication, we describe the utility of a method for the preparation of a variety of carcinogen-deoxynucleoside adducts.
