Candida albicans Corneal Ulcer Associated With Crack Cocaine

The use of crack cocaine has been implicated in the development of nontraumatic corneal epithelial defects. We treated a patient who smoked crack cocaine regularly and developed a fungal Candida albicans corneal ulcer.
