Zusammenfassung:	The concentrations of PCB and pesticides found in shag (Phalacrocorax aristotelis) eggs from the Calf of Man were 6551, 54, 10, 11, 671, 5, less than 0.002 and 1221 ng per g dry weight for total PCB, HCB, alpha-HCH, lindane, dieldrin, endrin, aldrin and total DDT, respectively. Considerable variation in concentrations was seen between individual eggs although patterns of relative contributions by different compounds were similar.
