Zusammenfassung:	The current studies were conducted to determine the effect of chronic exposure to malathion on the humoral immune response of channel catfish (Ictalurus punctatus ). Malathion (0,0-dimethyl-S-1,2-di-(ethoxycarbamyl) ethyl phosphorodithioate) is an organophosphorous pesticide which is one of the most widely used pesticides in the United States. A commercial grade of malathion that had 35.2% organic carrier was used to determine if the organic solvent could compromise humoral immunity.
