Zusammenfassung:In this paper how to use the concepts of quantum physics in the problem of fabrication of bioelectronic information-computing molecule-based electronic device mediums (bioICM) is considered. It is this quantum mechanics picture which underlies the self-programming principle bioICM, as well as automic control of the biomolecular ‘drive’ mechanisms (bioelectronic actuators) of the active cells.
