Zusammenfassung:There are two points of view for classifying the tensile strength of fishing net webbings. One view point is that the tensile strength of a knot or crossing point of the mesh should be evaluated, assuming a fish is caught in or removed from the mesh. The mesh is also assumed to move while there is a fixed projection inside. The other view point is that to evaluate the tensile strength of a wide-net webbing, the net should be pulled in a direction opposite to a fixed side of the net. This means measures the maximum tensile stress caused by the force from the motion of the fishing gear under operation. Maximum net strength measurements for trawl, rashel and knotless nettings made of nylon and polyester yarns were carried out.
