Digital Maintenance and Training of Digital Manufacturing - Reliability Theory and Principle of Modern Maintenance and Monitoring Technique

This paper presents the digital maintenance and digital training of digital manufacturing in the sense of reliability theory and principle of modern maintenance and monitoring technique. The main objective of the digital maintenance is to have increased availability of production systems, with increased safety and optimized cost. The digital training programmes are directed toward maintaining and improving current job performance, while development programmes seek to develop competencies for future roles.
