Effect of tantalum capacitor powder preparation conditions on the dielectric loss tangent of anodes

We have studied the effect of the preparation and agglomeration conditions of tantalum powders produced by sodium reduction on the frequency dependences of the specific capacity and dielectric loss tangent for anodes fabricated from the powders.
