Preparation of Ultra-High Temperature Ceramic Material Based on Zirconium Boride by SPS Method
Results are presented for experimental study of development of ultra-high temperature ceramic based on zirconium boride (ZrB 2 ) with different sintering activators. The ceramic is prepared by sintering in a plasma discharge.
