Zusammenfassung:In connection with a study on the toxicity of a complex chemical waste water, acute toxicity tests were carried out on the effects of 3 metals, ammonia, and 4 organic chemicals on juvenile grass shrimp (Palaemonetes pugio) and juvenile killifish (Fundulus heteroclitus). The estimated 48-h LC50 values in each case are tabulated and the results are discussed.
