Zusammenfassung:	We report the case of a 75-years-old man who diagnosed with severe pulmonary hypertension, associated with interstitial lung disease characterized by a rapid and fatal outcome. Autopsy showed the presence of a signet-ring cell gastric carcinoma associated with pulmonary tumour embolism and pulmonary tumour thrombotic microangiopathy. Clinical features, diagnostics, therapy and prognosis are briefly discussed.
