Zusammenfassung: | Hygroscopic CsI, CsOH and inert Ag aerosol behavior in different temperatures and relative humidities has been studied in well instrumented and controlled vessel (volume similar to 2 m super(3)). Test series includes 12 different tests. In earlier test series hygroscopic NaOH (similar behavior as CsOH) was used as aerosol material. The aim of this study is to validate the aerosol models describing fission product and control rod material behaviour in the containment during severe core melt accidents. |
