Notes on Irish marine algae. 5. Preliminary observations on deep water vegetation off West Donegal

A diving survey of Rathlin O'Birne Island, off the western point of south Donegal, showed that algal communities were present to 32m belowChart Datum. The various species found and their maximum depths wererecorded, some were new to Co Donegal.
