Zusammenfassung:	SORTing through the proteome: A versatile method has been developed for the incorporation of a novel 1,3‐disubstituted cyclopropene amino acid into the proteome in response to a variety of sense codons and subsequent labeling. Incorporation can be confined to certain tissues by the selective expression of an orthogonal tRNA synthetase under cell‐selective promoters.
