Zusammenfassung:Recently the authors reported the preparation of a series of metal "boride" suspensions some of which exhibited the ability to label efficiently with technetium-99m. Preliminary in vivo studies of three of these preparations (iron, cobalt and nickel "borides") showed that while labelled iron "boride" localised in the lungs and liver, labelled cobalt and nickel "borides" quickly dispersed throughout the body. This communication describes in greater detail our investigations of this phenomenon.
