Zusammenfassung: | Well-dispersed NiO nanoparticles were prepared via cathodic electrodeposition followed by a heat-treatment method. The supercapacitive performance of the prepared nanoparticles was analyzed by means of cyclic voltammetry (CV) and galvanostatic charge–discharge tests at −0.2–0.5V potential windows in 1M KOH. The nanoparticles exhibited high specific capacitance (1623.1Fg−1 at the scan rate of 5mVs−1) and good long-term cycling stability (9.6% capacity decay after 1000 cycling at the current density of 2Ag−1). |
