A new species of Mexican Corethrella (Diptera: Chaoboridae) and a description of a new antennal sensillum

Specimens of Corethrella from Tuxpan, Veracruz, and Santiago Tuxtla, all in the state of Vera Cruz, Mexico, are described as Corethrella metcalfi , n.sp. A previously undescribed antennal sensillum is designated sensillum pediconicum.
