A model of the solar proton event of 23–31 March 1991

An approximation of the solar cosmic ray (SCR) event on 23–31 March 1991 is given in accordance with the reflecting model of SCR propagation [Lyubimov (1988), Astromichesky Circular AN USSR 1531, 19–20].
