Zusammenfassung: | Using methods of thermally stimulated luminescence and vacuum-ultraviolet spectroscopy the nature of the recombination luminescence which arises in the correlated electron–hole trapping centers was investigated. It is shown that the nature of a broad emission band in the irradiated LiKSO4, Li2SO4 and Na2SO4 with several maxima is due to the existence of correlated defects of different energy states, corresponding to radicals located in different crystallographic directions.
•Formation of recombination emission band in irradiated sulfate alkaline metals is corresponded with generation of nonequivalently located autolocalized holes.•The correlated electronic and hole trapping centers are formed at electrons and holes localization in anionic complex.•Generation of nonequivalently located holes depends on temperature and duration of an irradiation.•Coincidence by spectral position of X-ray, tunnel and TSL spectra specifies in existence of the correlated captures centers. |
