Zusammenfassung:Objective To explore the prognostic value of Tnl-Ultra and BNP combined detection of patients with acute left ventricular failure. Methods A total of 168 patients with acute left heart failure patients were selected in this study. Tnl-Ultra and BNP were measured after admission. Subjects were followed up for 6 months after discharge to observe the occurrence of major adverse cardiac events. Results (1)According to the level of BNP and TnI-Ultra, the patients were divided into 4 groups. Group 1:BNP>900 pg/ml and TnI-Ultra900 pg/ml and TnI-Ultra > or =0.35 [mu]g/L. Group 3: BNP < or =900 pg/ml and TnI-Ultra>0.35 [mu]g/L. Group 4: BNP < or =900 pg/ml and TnI-Ultra < or =0.35 pg/L, which MACE cumulative incidence rates were 81.0%, 70.0%, 54.0% and 18.4% respectively. MACE cumulative incidence of Group 1, Group 2 and Group 3 was significantly higher than that of Group 4 (all P
