Zusammenfassung:While policymakers still use traditional means of getting their messages out to decision makers -- through printed press releases, launch events and videos, for example -- they recognize that there has been a huge shift in how individuals get their information. The skills.oecd interactive portal provides data visualizations and videos aimed to help people understand the complex issue of acquiring and using skills effectively.
