Zusammenfassung:The scintillation index model of the target receiving plane which the active detecting laser of one-way transmission for horizontal transfer in turbulent atmosphere has been established with the methods of Rytov approximation and the transmission theory of Gaussian beam in the atmospheric turbulence. Then the model is improved so that it can be applied to the strong turbulence atmospheric conditions and the numerical simulation results of the modified model are verified by experiments. The results show that the improved model is more in line with the actual transmission. The transmission distance, turbulence intensity and other factors affect the scintillation index changing. Numerical simulation and experimental results are in good agreement on the trends, but because of the system local noise, detector noise and background noise such random factors existing so that the measured results is slightly larger than the numerical simulation results.
