Silver-embedded modified hyperbranched epoxy/clay nanocomposites were prepared at different wt.% of octadecyl amine-modified montmorillonite at a constant silver concentration (1wt.%). UV–visible, XRD and TEM studies confirmed the formation of silver nanoparticles.
