Research on Chinese High-level Female Sprinter Tao Yujia's Late-course Accelerating Ability

In order to explore the factors affecting the late course accelerating ability of female 100m sprinter, the paper tested the video of Tao Yujia, China's elite female 100m sprinter and measured its sectional speed of the 100m. By the method of documentation, observation, experiment, expert interviews, high-speed camera shooting and mathematical statistics, the paper analyzes the factors affecting the late course accelerating ability of female 100m sprinter and explores the methods to improve the late-course accelerating ability for the training of Tao Yujia. The results show that, taking effective measures and countermeasures according to the high level female sprinter's decelerating factors can improve their late-course accelerating ability and special athletic performance.
