Zusammenfassung:This study is mainly aimed to examine the effect of natural and synthetic growth regulators (IAA and NAA) and different media (YPDA, MEA and PDA) on the growth of mycelium of the two mushrooms. The treatments were examined in biology laboratory (Environmental Research Center and the Organization of Environment Protection, Tehran) during two months (March 2012 and April 2012) in different media and under various densities of growth hormones (0, 1, 5, 10, 20 ppm). The resulted numbers were analyzed using SAS Software. Based on the results, the maximum mean mycelium growth of both species (8.81 cm) in substrate YPDA on the 15th day and the maximum colonial mycelium growth (12.59 cm) belonged to Pleurotus florida. Regarding the density effect of IAA and NAA, the maximum mycelium growth (6.8 cm) was observed for Agaricus bisporus (at hormone IAA=10 ppm and hormone NAA=5 ppm) and Pleurotus florida (at hormone IAA=5 ppm and hormone NAA=0 ppm) on the 15th day.
