Zusammenfassung:Four metabolites (1–4) of antroquinonol from rat urine, collected within 24 h after oral administration of antroquinonol, were characterized by HPLC–SPE–NMR. Compounds 1–4 were further isolated by semipreparative HPLC for structure confirmation. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic analyses and HRESIMS data.
