The antifeedant activity of clerodane diterpenoids from Teucrium

Clerodane diterpenoid compounds from Teucrium (Labiatae) were assayed for antifeedant activity against larvae of Spodoptera littoralis and Heliothis armigera. The functional groups responsible for antifeedant activity are discussed.
