Zusammenfassung:Histologically confirmed polyorchidism is an uncommon condition. The majority of cases are asymptomatic and associated with inguinal hernia or cryptorchidism. There are few reported cases of pediatric supernumerary testis presenting with testicular torsion. We present a case of missed torsion with incidentally detected triorchidism as well as an overview of pediatric polyorchidism.
