Zusammenfassung:	Highlights • Hepatitis B infection and vaccination in pregnant women of Mayotte were described. • High prevalence of HBV infection and low HBV vaccination rate was found. • Lower education and HBV endemic birthplace were associated with a low vaccination rate. • History of STIs and condom use were associated with higher and lower risk of HBV infection respectively. • Identification of socio-demographic and behavioral factors may help to offer adapted actions for pregnant women in Mayotte.
