Diagnostic utility of CPSS vs. CAPS-CA for assessing posttraumatic stress symptoms in children and adolescents

Highlights • We examined the diagnostic utility of the CPSS with the CAPS-CA. • CPSS reached medium effect sizes, good sensitivity, but low specificity. • Diagnostic inter-test agreement between the two instruments was low.
