Susceptibility of cultivars of garlic to Sclerotium cepivorum

Five garlic cultivars, including one claimed to be resistant to Allium white rot, were similar in their effects on the germination of sclerotia of Sclerotium cepivorum. There was no evidence of resistance to the pathogen in any of the cultivars when tested under field conditions.
