A clinical study on pulmonary tuberculosis as terminal pneumonia

Pulmonary lesions of tuberculosis were detected in 11 out of 1183 autopsy cases at Tenri Yorozu Hospital from 1978 to 1985. In all 11 cases, tuberculosis had occurred in the course of various underlying disease such as lung cancer (3 patients) and malignant lymphoma (3 patients).
