Zusammenfassung:	Highlights ► The reliability of a clinically oriented model for head and trunk kinematics in children with spastic diplegia was studied. ► Thorax, pelvis, shoulder line and spine movements can be reliably measured with this model. ► Head parameters showed lower overall reliability and warrant a careful interpretation. ► Accurate palpation of the spinal markers is critical and requires thorough training of the assessor.
