Production of NY-ESO-1 peptide/DRB108:03 tetramers and ex vivo detection of CD4 T-cell responses in vaccinated cancer patients

Highlights • We produced NY-ESO-1 peptide/HLA-DR*08:03 tetramers. • We showed a discrepancy between free peptide recognition and tetramer binding. • NY-ESO-1 123–135/HLA-DR*08:03 tetramer detected ex vivo CD4 responses in patients.
