Zusammenfassung: | Chitosan/nano-hydroxyapatite membranes with negative charges were fabricated by grid-controlled constant voltage corona charging, and the charged membranes were investigated for cell biocompatibility and osteoinduction. The osteoblasts on the chitosan/nano-hydroxyapatite composite electret membranes significantly enhanced the adhesion, proliferation, and differentiation capacity compared to the uncharged group. This study not only provides evidence for the potential clinical application of our novel membranes but also could be used as a strategy for chitosan/nano-hydroxyapatite scaffolds. |
