Zusammenfassung:Dyanamic response of shell type structures subjected to impulsive mechanical and thermal loadings was discussed. The objective was to describe the structural dynamic response of the shell type structure subjected to time dependent thermal and mechanical loadings by the resulting rigid body motion and by the elastic deformation of the structure. The elastic deformation was expressed in terms of the modes of the free vibration of the symmetrical composite structure used for the mathematical model. The results showed that the shell elements were assumed to be made of different materials. It was concluded that this method was used for the analysis of the dynamic structural response of missiles and reentry space vehicles, and as well for the analysis of nuclear reactor vessels and internal structures subjected to asymmetric time dependent thermal and mechanical loadings.
